A bay window looks out onto a small front London garden and glass light blocks on another wall help to keep this room light an airy. A Victorian church creates a pretty view opposite and, if you want a short stroll, Gillespie Park and ecology centre is a one minute walk away.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with a microwave, conventional oven and hob. If you don’t want to use the dining room a handy breakfast bar, with 2 bar stools, is ideal for a quick breakfast or light snack. For your convenience we have included a Bosch dishwasher and washing machine. A back door opens on to a very small outside area, just big enough for a bin and an opportunity for fresh air.

On the ground floor, by the stairs, there is a small cloakroom. Once upstairs, on the first floor, there is a good sized twin bedded room with windows to the front and the side. On the spacious landing, with its large mirror and panel of hooks, a door leads into the bathroom and there is access to a carpeted flight of stairs up to the loft room.

On the top floor is a large and spacious loft room with a double bed at one end and a sitting area and fitted cupboard at the other. A peaceful space away from it all, opening velux windows and a skylight give this room a light and airy feel. Fitted blackout blinds are there to shut out the day when you need to sleep.
